About the Talkers:

Mary is a director who got her BFA at NYU, so she's obviously had a career in youth mental health treatment. She currently supervises a program in Austin, TX where kids make art and shit. In her free time, she's known to to mainline good shows, write a TV pilot (going excruciatingly, thanks for asking), spill red wine on herself while Priming, and wikipedia serial killers.

She is scared of horror movies like a big dumb baby.

Mary Kay is a belly-dancer, horror enthusiast, sideshow lover, prose writer, Christian, and literature professor from south of Atlanta. Mary Kay is also the creative nonfiction editor for Madcap Review, a semi-annual online journal of art and literature. She is currently working on her first full-length novel about America’s actual first female serial killer, but until then you can read her essays atChicago Literati, Prick of the SpindleBook Squad Goals and The Blueshift Journal.

She is not an animal person.

Nor a people person.

Maegan is a longtime lover of horror, true crime, and the strange. As well, she is an avid dancer, fast car enthusiast, thrill seeker, craft beer connoisseur, and self-proclaimed nerd. But by day, she is a behavior specialist in Atlanta, Georgia with a background in clinical psychology. Her research focuses on the function of human behavior, aka why people do the weird things they do. She's known to psychologically overanalyze every movie ever made.

AND UNLIKE MARY KAY I THINK ANIMALS ARE LITERAL PERFECTION.
